These rules are agreements between advertisers and the EpicAds.Net advertising network that define the terms and conditions for using the EpicAds.Net platform to create advertising campaigns. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

1. Definition

    1.1. Affiliate: A person or entity that places advertisements through the                EpicAds.Net platform.
    
    1.2. EpicAds.Net (hereinafter EpicAds.Net or Advertising Network): An Advertising Network that provides a platform for the placement of advertisements and messages.
    
    1.3. Platform: The EpicAds.Net advertising network interface through which advertisers create and manage advertising campaigns. The Platform includes access to the interface and functionality of the EpicAds.Net Advertising Network at https://EpicAds.Net/ or through the API.
    
    1.4. Advertising Materials: Text, images and other elements used in advertisements.

2. General Provisions.

    2.1. Advertisers who register on EpicAds.Net and use the Advertising Network to launch advertising campaigns are partners of EpicAds.Net.
    
    2.2. Acceptance of these rules is mandatory for participation in the advertising network EpicAds.Net.
    
    2.3. The administration may deny access to the platform without giving any reason.
    
    2.4. Administration has the right to suspend the display of advertisements or block the account in case of violation of the rules.
    
    2.5. Administration can change the rules at its own discretion, and partners must periodically review them.
    
    2.6. The rules include any other instructions published on the site of the Advertising Network.
    
    2.7. Administration is not responsible for the consequences of hacking accounts or changes in payment data. It is recommended to limit access to the account to third parties.
    
    2.8. Violation of the rules leads to the blocking of the account with all funds on the account.
    
    2.9. Ignoring warnings about violation leads to account blocking.
    
    2.10. Attempting to cheat moderation by changing preendings or landings will result in account lockout.
    
    2.11. It is forbidden to exchange or sell accounts in the system EpicAds.Net.
    
    2.12. It is forbidden to register more than one account without the approval of the administration. Violators will be blocked and their balances will be canceled.

3. Conditions of use

    3.1. Advertisers must comply with the laws of the countries in which the advertising materials are placed.
    
    3.2. Advertising materials must be of high quality, relevant and attractive to the audience.
    
    3.3. Advertising materials must be in the language of the respective country.
    
    3.4. The use of deceptive practices, fraud or malware is prohibited.
    
    3.5. Advertisers must keep user data confidential.
    
    3.6. Advertising materials must not contain profanity or insults.
    
    3.7. It is forbidden to create identical advertising campaigns within the same country, unless they differ in at least one of the parameters: images, headlines or messages.
    
    3.8. The use of misleading offers to advertise through our network is prohibited.
    
    3.9. The promotion of malware, viruses, scam offers and technical support with fake messages is prohibited.

    3.10. Offensive contact details and emails are prohibited. 
    
    3.11. It is forbidden to buy traffic for landings pages related to monetization via Push subscriptions.

4. Prohibited Materials

    4.1 Web Push / In-Page Push.
Promotional materials must be consistent with reality and the material being advertised.
    
        4.1.1. Materials that use shock or intimidation are prohibited.
    
        4.1.2. Pornographic material is prohibited, erotica is allowed provided there is no nudity. 
    
        4.1.3. Materials that promote violence or discrimination are prohibited. 
    
        4.1.4. Material that promotes hostility or hatred is prohibited. 
    
        4.1.5. Drug-related material is prohibited. [
    
        4.1.6. Materials related to the advertisement of weapons are prohibited. 
    
        4.1.7. Materials using official logos, brands, celebrities are prohibited. 

4.2 On-Click (PopUnder).

        4.2.1. Advertising that violates local laws is prohibited.

        4.2.2. Advertising of pornographic content is allowed, provided that the type "18+" is selected.

        4.2.3. Directed traffic is prohibited:

        • Direct to files.
        • To updates of free programs. 
        • To resources that interfere with the normal use of the Internet.
        • To resources blocked by browsers and antiviruses.

5. Finances

    5.1. 100% prepayment is required to join. The minimum amount is 30$.
    
    5.2. Advertisers can use payment systems available on the platform.

6. Refund Policy

    6.1. Requests for refunds must be made in writing with reasons.
    
    6.2. Support will review requests within ten days.
    
    6.3. If a refund is approved, a 20% fee will be charged.

    6.4. Refund is possible only to the same card or wallet from which the deposit was made.
    
    6.5. Refund applies only to unused funds, minimum amount is 50 USD.
    
    6.6. EpicAds.Net has the right to make the final decision on refunds.
    
    6.7. Refund does not apply to bonus funds.
    
    6.8. Refund is not made in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

7. Liability

    7.1. EpicAds.Net is not responsible for the results of advertising campaigns.
    
    7.2. EpicAds.Net may terminate cooperation with advertisers who violate the rules.
    
    7.3. EpicAds.Net does not guarantee the display of advertisements, the time of their placement and the amount of payments.
    
    7.4. EpicAds.Net does not guarantee network availability at any time due to failures, scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.
    
    7.5. EpicAds.Net does not guarantee the quality of the sites or products mentioned in the advertisements.
