To set up the monetization of a website, its owner should first of all register on the EpicAds.NET platform and perform the following steps:

  1. In the “Streams” section, you need to create a new platform by clicking on the “Create stream” button or on the plus icon located next to the name of the “Streams” menu item
  2. On the site creation page, specify the following data:
    • Name - the name of the site;
    • Source type - select the “Own site” option
    • Source URL - the URL of the site to which monetization is connected.
    • Is Adult - if the site contains adult content or belongs to this category, you need to mark it.
    To save the newly created stream, click the Create button.
  3. After creating the stream, the code configuration page will open. Here the site owner can choose one or more advertising formats and customize them accordingly.

    All changes in the settings should be saved by clicking the “Save” button.
  4. In the Streams section, you will see the newly created platform, where you can see its ID, name, status, source type, traffic type, and time of creation.

    There is also a “Get code” button for each active site, which allows webmasters to get a code for further integration into websites.

    To display ads on an http website, you just need to place the copied code inside the <head> tag on the corresponding pages of the site. In the case of https, you need to upload the Service Worker file to the root folder of the hosting.

    Customization of the code is available not only during the creation of the platform, but also later, if the need arises.

    To do this, select the “Code configuration” item in the site menu.
    This menu also allows you to delete a site, make a copy, and open it for editing.

    On the editing page, you can specify the Postback URL, which will allow webmasters to track the effectiveness of monetization.
