To get a targeted link, you need to:

1. In the “Streams” section, you need to create a new platform by clicking the “Create stream” button or on the plus icon located next to the name of the “Streams” menu item
   
2. On the site creation page, specify the following data:
   • Name - the name of the platform;
   • Source type - select the “Ad network” option
   • Source URL - the URL of the traffic source.
   • Is Adult - if the site contains adult content or belongs to this category, you need to mark it.
   
   To save the newly created stream, click the Create button.
3. After creating the stream, a page will open where you can specify the Traffback URL, Postback URL, select the necessary landing pages, and make additional settings.
   
4. In the Streams section, you will see the newly created platform, where you can see its ID, name, status, source type, traffic type, number of landing pages, and time of creation.
   
   For each active stream, there is a “Get link” button that allows you to get the target link.
